New Forest Sausages is a sister company of Sway Butchers specialising in homemade, hand linked quality sausages. Made with only the best ingredients, we take huge pride in keeping our family traditions and recipes alive.
Award Winning
Over the years we have gained multiple awards for our sausages both on a Local and National level. Our most recent winning sausages were entered by our fantastic manager Tasmin.
Sausage Making Courses

Headed by David West 7th generation master butcher, Sway Butchers has a dedicated team of butchers, delivery drivers and shop staff many being long standing members of the team and all with a passion for great local food and customer service.

Our History
The West family have been making sausages for 7 generations, passing down our closely guarded family recipe from father to son. This recipe forms the base for most of our handmade sausages and has stayed the same since my grandfather's day.

At Sway Butchers we have a full online shop for all of our products including our award winning sausages. These are available to collect from our shop or local delivery. Alternatively pop in and see us and chat to one of our knowledgeable members of staff

As well as our award winning sausages we run a traditional village butchers shop. During the lockdown we introduced an online shop to help our customers continue to source our products. This proved to be extremely popular and remains a valuable service today.
